This review has not reconciled the official dispositions for the City agenda items from September 8–17. Collier County's September 25 notice describes a proposed one-percentage-point Tourist Development Tax increase for the November ballot and four public information meetings. The County also posted a September 30 meeting on 30 percent design plans for Goodlette-Frank Road widening. Neither notice is an adopted outcome.

- September 8 and 9 budget and Planning Advisory Board meeting dates have elapsed; their final actions must be taken from the published action record or minutes, not inferred from the notices.
- A special CRA meeting was added for September 14. The meeting title says 3:00 p.m. or immediately after the Council workshop, while the archive lists 5:00 p.m.; the official posting is internally inconsistent.
- The September 14 CRA packet priced the proposed Pape-Dawson River Park East professional-services agreement at $2,031,448: $1,219,708 from the CRA Trust Fund and $811,740 from Water/Sewer funds.
- The September 16 regular Council agenda included the River Park East proposal and the second budget hearing; an agenda is not proof of approval or execution.
- The September 17 joint City–Airport Chapter 164 agenda includes proposed settlement principles dated September 10; the principles are a proposal, not a signed agreement.
- Collier County's September 25 notice says the proposed one-percentage-point Tourist Development Tax increase on short-term rentals will appear on the November 2026 ballot. Public information meetings are scheduled for September 28 in Naples Park, September 30 on Marco Island, October 6 in Ave Maria and October 15 in Immokalee.
- Collier County noticed a September 30 public information meeting on the Goodlette-Frank Road widening project's 30 percent design plans. A design-stage meeting does not establish final design, funding, right of way or construction authorization.

- Final Goodlette-Frank widening design, funding, right-of-way and construction decisions

For the City items, obtain the official action record, signed agreement, adopted budget or minutes. For the County notices, review the September 30 design materials and later controlling project decisions, then the certified November tax vote before describing an adopted tax.
