What this site collects
intelligencedesk.ai has no user accounts, no tracking pixels operated by the desk, and no advertising trackers. The "Request a Briefing" form submits the information you enter to the desk through a first-party server endpoint, which relays it as a single internal notification email to the desk's monitored mailbox via a commercial email provider. The form accepts no attachments.
Contact-form submissions
- Use. Submitted information is used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry — and for nothing else.
- No engagement, no confidentiality. Submission does not establish confidentiality and does not create an engagement. Private work begins only after a defined scope, conflict review, evidence boundary, fee arrangement, and written authorization.
- Do not submit protected material. Sensitive, privileged, financial-account, medical, or otherwise protected records should not be submitted through this form.
- Retention. Submissions may be retained for security, operational, and conflict-review purposes.
- No marketing use. Information submitted through the form is not added to any marketing list without separate consent.
Hosting and email subscription
- Hosting. The site is served by a commercial hosting platform, which may log standard technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to operate and secure the service, under its own privacy policy.
- Briefing list. Where an email signup module appears, it is operated by a third-party newsletter platform under that platform's privacy policy. Subscribing is optional, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
What the desk does with inquiry email
Email you send to the desk is used to evaluate and scope your inquiry, and for nothing else. It is not sold, shared, or added to any list without your consent. Requested confidentiality is honored from the first message; confidential client information never enters the public ledger without authorization.
