What this site is

The Intelligence Desk publishes records-based civic intelligence about Naples, Collier County, and Southwest Florida. Every public claim is meant to carry a public source and an evidence-status label. Where the record is incomplete, the gap is stated as a gap.

What this site is not

• Not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by reading it.
• Not investment, financial, tax, or appraisal advice. Figures are reported from public records and named sources, with their verification status labeled.
• Not lobbying, campaign, or election advice, and not an endorsement of any candidate, party, project, or outcome.
• Not a guarantee. Public records change; a brief is accurate to its stated "as of" date, not forever.

Use of content

You may quote and link to public briefs with attribution to the Intelligence Desk. You may not republish full briefs, represent desk material as your own, or present desk material as advice from the desk to a third party. White-label use of the data spine is a contracted product, not a right.

Independence

Private engagements are governed by their own terms. Private clients cannot alter public findings, and paid relationships do not buy editorial control — see the Conflicts & Independence policy.
